Como ya todos estabamos esperando, en el dia de hoy se dieron a conocer los nombres de todos los actores, directores y producciones que disputarán el primer lugar en la importante premiación cinematográfica estadounidense. Entre ellos, la película “Hugo” fue la que obtuvo más nominaciones, mientras que George Clooney, gary Oldman y Brad Pitt competirán por ser el mejor actor, al igual que Meryl Streep, Viola Davis y Michelle Williams.

En la versión número 84 de los Premios Oscar, que dará a conocer sus ilustres ganadores el próximo 26 de febrero, el nuevo film de Martin Scorsese “Hugo” se apuntó en las listas con nada más ni nada menos que once nominaciones, seguida por “The Artist” con diez, y por “Moneyball” y “War Horse” con seis.

Y en esta ocasión son dos las figuras latinoamericanas que competirán con con los pesos pedazos del cine, en las categorias de mejor actor y actriz. El actor mexicano Demián Bichir por “A better life”, tendrá una competencia no menor contra George Clooney, Brad Pitt, Jean Dujardin y Gary Oldman. Un tanto menor será la dificultad de ganar para la actríz argentina Bérénice Bejo por su rol en “The Artist”, quien postula al mejor reparto frente a Jessica Chastain, Melissa McCarthy, Janet McTeer y Octavia Spencer.
